Step 3 – Authority to Release

I, the authorised officer, authorise Cha-ching Refunds (ABN 48 617 982 224) to act as agent for the company to:

Locate, investigate and claim any unclaimed money, dormant bank accounts or other funds owed to the company.
Correspond with and lodge claims with relevant departments and institutions.
Receive any recovered funds into Cha-ching Refunds’ trust account on behalf of the company.

Fee: 25% + GST of the amount recovered. NO FEE IS PAYABLE IF NO FUNDS ARE RECOVERED.

I authorise Cha-ching Refunds to deduct the agreed fee from recovered funds held in trust and pay the balance to the company.

This authority remains in force until the claim is finalised or cancelled in writing.
