Step 3 – Authority to Release

I, the executor / administrator / authorised representative of the estate of the deceased person named above, authorise Cha-ching Refunds (ABN 48 617 982 224) to act as agent for the estate to:

Locate, investigate and claim any unclaimed money, dormant bank accounts, superannuation or other funds owed to the deceased or the estate.
Correspond with and lodge claims with relevant departments and institutions (including Public Trustees).
Receive any recovered funds into Cha-ching Refunds’ trust account on behalf of the estate.

Fee: 25% + GST of the amount recovered. NO FEE IS PAYABLE IF NO FUNDS ARE RECOVERED.

I authorise Cha-ching Refunds to deduct the agreed fee from recovered funds held in trust and pay the balance to the estate (or as directed by the legal personal representative).

This authority remains in force until the claim is finalised or cancelled in writing.
